Individual or Joint appointments are available to address a range of concerns. You do not need a referral to book an appointment and you can book your appointment directly using the links below. If you do have a referral from your GP, please email it before your appointment.

Medicare Rebates of $98.97 per appointment for up to 10 individual counselling appointments are available with a valid Mental Healthcare Plan (MHCP) from your GP.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours incur a 50% charge, payable before your next appointment for appointments booked via this website (Hawthorn and Telehealth). Appointments via The Mind Room in Collingwood have different cancellation policies, please contact The Mind Room front desk via phone or email for further details.
